Kolohe Andino won the ASP Grade-4 Nike 6.0 Unsound Junior Pro in Long Beach, NY on September 8. Andino battled it out with junior surf star Nat Young in the final heat in small one-to-three foot surf. Andino holds the season lead in the ASP North America Pro Junior Series ratings and has a likely shot of qualifying for the World Junior Tour.
