X Games Stars to compete at War Memorial Coliseum September 25 in MegaRamp ASA Triples

Fort Wayne, Ind. welcomes the world's top BMX athletes when the MegaRamp ASA Triples (Triples), produced by ASA Entertainment, heads to the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum on Saturday, September 25. For one night only, BMX pros from the X Games will compete in a series of unique head-to-head battles while taking on the challenge of the 195-foot long Triples course, consisting of a 25-foot high roll-in ramp, two 25-foot wide jumps and a course-ending 14' high quarter-pipe. The pros will amaze the crowd with mind-boggling flips, whips, flairs and spins while attempting to best their opponent and take home the event title.

The excitement begins at 7:30 p.m. on September 25. Tickets for the MegaRamp ASA Triples start at just $15 and will go on sale at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 26, at the Memorial Coliseum Ticket Office, at www.ticketmaster.com or charge by phone at 800 745 3000.

This will be the first major professional action sports competition in Fort Wayne and will feature a who's who of BMX's biggest names.

Previous events on the MegaRamp ASA Triples Tour in 2010 have included action sports superstars like 2009 X Games gold medalist Scotty Cranmer (Howell, NJ); two-time, BMX Triples event champion Ryan Guettler (Queensland, Australia); 12-time X Games medalist Ryan Nyquist (Los Gatos, CA); Dew Tour runner-up Mike Spinner (Miami, FL); 3-time Action Sports World Champion Daniel Dhers (Caracas, Venezuela); and the youngest BMX Triples event champion, 15-year old, hometown favorite Brett Bansiewicz (South Bend, Ind.). The competition's head-to-head format stretches the athletic limits of these competitors and brings the fans to the edge of their seats with their innovative and awe-inspiring tricks.
